Non attending phone whenever dialed for registration of gas after 21 days

Dear Sir,

I have registered HP Gas from M/s. Rajarajan Gas Distruibutors, Pondicherry vide my Registration Numbers 610191 against my name on 1998. Now a days the gas dealers will accept the registration only after the 21 days. I had registered my LPG on 11-12 at 9.30 A.M. Till date they have not delivered the LPG to my residence. whenever I contacted (more than half an hour per day) over phone (Phone No. 0413-2241054, 2246166 & 2242268 & Special Number for easy pick up BSNL 12665) they are not pick my call even after i made the ring from my BSNL mobile in front of the booking counter they are not pick my call infront of me. Hence, I request you to kindly

take necessary action (after make deep enquiry from the customer who came to booking for the registration in the booking counter) and instruct to the dealer not araise such a complaint in future. If it is so please cancel the dealers ship to the concern and fix the new dealer at the earliest. A line of reply by return of my mail
