Inordinate delay in delivery of cylinder and apthatic attitude of the sales office

Sir, my consumer no.is603505 and my dealer is Sanika enterprises, baripada, orissa. I am not getting delivery of cylinder even one month after booking. When we approached the sales officer Mr. Kujur for help he is supporting the dealer as if he is a partner in the business. Inspite of having two cylinders i am purchasing cylinders in black market and sales officer is telling that it is prevelent throught India.

Please take necessary steps for early delivery.
