Inordinate delay in delivery of Gas

Dear Sir,

I am a bonafied domestic consumer of HP Gas and presently engaged to the Dealer M/S Sainik Gas, Baripada Dist. Mayurbhanj. My conumer No. is 602186. Every month I am required to run from pillar to post to keep my kithen fire burning. The Dealer taking normally one month to refil my cilinder. Though I am having double cilinder, but I am being compelled to procure from grey market at a premium. To book for refilling of Gas in telephone is very often is a luck. It is allowed only in 2 hours from 10 to 12 and most of the tome the telephone remains engaged. The standard reply of the attndants are that one has to wait for minimum 0one month to get the refil since the supply is not adequate. About One month back I had managed to obtain a booking serial which bears the No.76. To my utter dismay, like previous occassions, this months also I tried unsuccessfully to convince the Dealer about my plight.

Kindly let us know what should be the ttime lag to get a refil once it is booked. If the the Dealer is not in a position to meet the demands of the consumers, what steps the company has taken to redress the grievances. If the Gas is in short supply how come it is plentily used in comercial establishments, Road side Dhabas, Thelas and Restaurants and also in grey market. You will kindly appreciate our problmes by arranging a system of refil atleast within 2/7 days
