Delay in cylinder delivery

My consumer no is 610037, distributer name is H P Kankariya gas agency, new sangvi, pune 411027 . I have booked cylinder on 13 october today on 7th november still i have not received delivery of it, and this is a usual situation, officials should look into this matter immediately. Now this is limit.
