HP Fills 50% Oil & Cgarges 150%

Dear Sir,

This morning i have purchased petrol from a petrol pump in Kolkata, WB. At CIT Road, HP Petrol pump. Where there are twin petrol pumps.

This morning when i started form home these was no petrol in my bike so i went along with my friend to buy petrol.

I requested the guy to fill it in my Thums Up bottle but he said he was not allowed to do that.

My friend had around 1/2 ltr petrol in his bike. He filled 3 ltrs petrol in his bike and we came back home (2 kms from this petrol pump).

When we returned he filled two ltr petrol in my empty thums up bottle and to his surprise these was no more petrol left in his bike.

I unterstood why that guy was hesitating to fill petrol in the bottle. So everytime he sell petrol he actually charges 150% or in other words supplies only 60% of what he charges.

I would request you to look into the matter.

Probably this petrol pump owner is cheating hundreds of people everyday.
