REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY

Sir,

I was purchased water purifier of Hindustan Pure it vide invoice no IS09/13

07-802 dated 08/05/09. I have requested/ordered to company on their tel. no. 09223200200 to replacement of battery many times. My last request /complaint No.is C102417263 dtd 10/07/10. Two weeks have been expire but no any representative contacted to us to till date. Kindly depute a your representative to replacement of battery earliest. This is my last request after this I will go to the consumer forum.
