Sir/ madam

i have a water filter of hindustan unilinver since may and since 11th of this month i have been continously registering the compalint in the customer care no.of hindustan uniliver the complaint is about the replacement of the tap of the water filter and every time i call i get the same answer that ur complaint is been forwarded to the head office and within 48 hours our executive wud visit u... and the next time i call the previous records wahses away and new complaint no.gets registeres and so on. previous complaint no. was C102441611 AND TTHEN C102475148 AND THE LATEST ONE IS C102483436 and in between 2-3 more complaints are there but without the complaint nos. so here u r requested to please take the action so that my purpose get done.
