Coupon Not Delivered

Hi,

I applied for Hindustan Times Paper subscription 4 months before. But still i didn't get my Coupons even i called the customer care People 5 times. They took the checque of dated 17-07.

Every time they assuring that they are delivering my coupons but still are not get delivered.

When i give him the warning to put ths case to consumer forum, Still they people saying, do what u want?
