Non receipt of coupons

I have subscribed to

1) Hindustan TImes News Paper vide Form No: 269343 for two years and made payment by cheque # 200045 drawn on Dena Bank in favour of H T Media Limited

and also for

2) MINT News Paper vide Form No: 130657 for two years and made payment by cheque # 200046 drawn on Dena Bank in favour of H T Media Limited.

Subscription was in the form of monthly coupons to be given to news paper vendor on monthly basis. Of the two years subscribed I have received coupons only for first twelve months. Hindustan times was supposed to give the remaining 12 months coupon at end of first year term. But Hindustan times did not give the coupon and the vendor has stopped supplying papers. I promotly called up the customer care on 67764242 / 67764248.

The response from customer care was highly irr-responsible and negligent. They said the coupon will be sent directly to the Vendor to which I have objected as I have made the payment and the HT was suppose to handover the coupons to me.

Till date I have not received the coupons nor AI am getting papers for which the payment is already made by me.

So I request the respected body to kindly interven and help me get a favourable compensation from Hindustan times.
