NOT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER

I had bought a two year supcription from HT on 12/02 i received paper from the HT for one year as they mailed me the coupens (12/02 - 12/02) for that i am fine. But by december i called there customer care and informed my change of address. The customer care told that the coupens for next year has been dispatched on jan 14th to the local ghatkopar office and now if i call them they are telling me that it has been handed over to the local vendor. So no proper response from the regional manager-Komal Singh Powar till now.
