No supply of daily newspape

I am aregular reader of HT. with a 2 yr subscription of Rs.195/- wide chq.no. 001356 dated 1-02-08 drawn on IDBI BAnk. But for the last few days I am not getting the supply of the paper under te pretext of no coupon recd.by the delivery boy from HT. I have already spoken to Mr. RAvi whose mobile no. is 9819435141 Who is supposed to be taking care of the matter with no results so far. Am I at fault by taking a advance subscription and already making payment in advance? if so i think HT should stop such offers to cheat people.
