Not providing pape

Please refer the mail dated 8.2.2007 of Mr. Deep

Gupta, one of your customers, who opted for 2 year subscription after a

successful completion of 1 year subscription. For that reason, he gave a

check of Rs.195 (Cheque no. 141479, State Bank of India, Dt. 18/11/07, in

the favour of HT Media Ltd.)to one of your service representatives who

came to his place to collect the respective cheque.

Later, he also got a call from you, confirming his payment and he was told

that he will receive a courier, consisting of 24 coupons for 24 months.

Now after almost 2 months of the said transaction, he has not received any

courier from your side, and the paperwaala has stopped giving him the

newspaper.

So, for the past 1 month, he is not receiving the newspaper, even after

paying the money for 2 years.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Mr. Deep Gupta is my son, and he informed me the above mentioned

incidence, it is surprising to know that the company like you is given

such kind of treatment, which not only amount a failure but also comes

under guile treatment, which please note. Since considerable period is

already lapsed, and you fail to issue coupon, in turn my son also failed to

get the news paper, you please return the amount paid to you with

necessary penalty.
