Not recd the coupons even after subscription

HI,

I've renewed my subscription with Hindustan times for 2 yrs by paying Rs 195 via cheque which has been cleared on 30-11 but since then the coupons for the newspaper havent been delivered. I had been getting the HT till May 08 but after that it stopped. When enquired with my newspaper vendor, he said that the coupons are not given to him from Hindustan times and he was giving the newspaper to us for last 8 months without any coupon on friendly ground (as we are one of the his oldest customer). Also, when contacted Hindustan times customer care (022-67764242 / 67764248), the call gets disconnect during IVR message. I even tried to send a mail to HT (feedback@hindustantimes.com) but it was not delivered as the receipents mail box quota was exceeded. I think their is a need of strict action against such negligence.
