My name is Ajay RawoolReader ID - RPCC83519, Scheme: PCC REN@350 . I have subscriped for 2 years subscription of HT. I received the ist year subscrruiption, but after completion of 1st year on 31st August till today I have not received my coupon for 2nd year which was assured to me by HT and for which i have already paid for it..

Whenever I called on their cutomercare number I got reply that "You will receive your coupon within a week time".(Sometimes they said you may receive today or tomorrow)

But after 1 months also I haven't received the coupons nor any correspodence from Hindustan Times.

Can anybody tell me after how many complaints against this company, consumer forerum will take action?
