Non receipt of coupons

I have deposited cheque No.321946 dt 04/06 (SBI) for Rs.350/-towards two year subscription in response to your ad. The cheque was collected by you on 18/09 as per my pass book. Since I was getting news paper daily I was under the impression that my news paper agent would have received coupons. Now the Agent told me that he also has not received the coupons and has asked me to remit cost of the news paper for the past 15 months. I do not have any number with me other than cheque number. I request you to look into the matter and arrange to send the coupons urgently. Do not punnish me for having chosen Hindustan Times as my daily news paper. My address is given below
