Not received coupons of booklet

Sir,

I Amit More from vakola Santacruz (east) this letter is written to Mr Sunil Maharana. i have subscribed for Hindustan times newspaper for Two year. my Vendor who delivers the paper to me had got the booklet of coupons for one year and he had deliver paper for one year but Vendor had not got booklet of coupons of Second year and he has stop the delivery of paper to me i have called customer care from last one month the person Sandhya and Fatima have been neglecting and just saying that you will receive the coupons but still it is not been done i would think there would be correct action and coupons would be delivered to me or Vendor because Vendor has stop the delivery of Newspaper. i am leaving with my phone number and mobile number.
