Non delivery of the news pape

I have paid Rs.195 to Mahesh, executive code K6X44 as subscription for Hindustan Times. This was paid to him (form no. 280112) on 23 Jan for the period of 2 years. My vendor in Vile Parle is L.V.Yadav Tel. no. 26112423. Since 2 weeks I do not get the delivery of Hindustan Times. On contacting Yadav I was told that he is out of my subscripion coupons. On contacting Mahesh I was told to call Mr. Sandesh. He told me that since his office is relocated to Mahim it will take a few days to get the coupons.

I dont understand that in spite of paying for subscripion in advance why customers have to go through the nonsence of coupons. Is there not a more sensible and easy solution to working of such a huge company??? In this modern age of computers one wonders why are we still depending on coupons and the hastle suffered by the public?
