Regarding delivery of HT newspape

I subscribed for the 2 year plan of hindustan times newspaper on 10th FEB by paying through cheque and my vendor (SAVITHA PAPER MART, Prop. MANOHAR KUNDEKAR, ANTOP HILL, WADALA[E]) stopped delivering from 1st January saying that he is not receiving any HT newspaper from the HT sender. So i am paying the vendor and its been 7 months until now. Recently i got a call from HT and they took the name and contact of the newspaper vendor but did not respond till now.
