Non delivery of subscription coupon booklet

I had taken Hindustan Times Subscription for two years in the month of June. My subscription number is 204160 and the subscription amount of Rs 350/- has been paid vide HDFC cheque no. 0111254 on 21/05/07

They gave the coupons for 12 months and promised to send the balance coupons for the next year in the eleventh month. Repeated reminder e mails and phone calls have had no effect on them. Sometimes I am told that the coupons have been dispatched to me by courier 20 days ago or at other times I am told that my coupons have not been sent as my cheque was not encashed. The response from customer care was highly irresponsible and negligent.

So I guess it is high time for the consumer court to intervene, stop Hindustan Times publication, sell all their property and equipment and return the money alongwith compensation to the grieved consumers.
