Not Recd Subscription Coupon

I had subscribed to Hindustan TImes News Paper coupons for two years. I had Given The Cheque Around June'2008. Subscription was in the form of monthly coupons to be given to news paper vendor on monthly basis. But Hindustan times did not give the coupon. But till date we have not received the coupons and the money for one year of subscription has also not been re-funded. The Cheque has been cleared in August. Still i have not recd the Coupons.
