WATER FILTER CHANGING, COMPLAINT RAISED

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice i asked for replacement of water filter (purchasing of water filter) on 21st April by calling to customer care and received no: S09-HYD1353-026062, They said it will take 3 days to get and executive will come and replace. After waiting for 9 days called back to customer care on 1st May and said the same and lodged the complaint (complaint no: C091081936). The Customer care executive i spoke to her on 1st may confirmed that she will take this matter to higher autories and see that this will be closed as early as possible of 2 days.
Today that is on 7th May when I called up again to customer care they said that complaint was closed on 1st May and call transfered to Mr. Nagaraj and asked to call on number 9848288529. Spoke to him at 9.06 am on 7th May, he said that he will call back to me in 30 mts time to find and resolve the issue. But end of the day no one turned up and resolved the issue.
Tried to reach Mr. Nagaraj at 3.00 pm on 7th May not lifted due to busy. Tried 5 times at 8.00Pm not lifted the phone.
It is not the service am expecting, i am giving the business to the company in this respect no one turned.. If i ask for service then imagine the neglegance.
Tried to escalate the same to higher authorities, but complaint mail id not given, instead gave customer care mail id.
