Fare meter tempered

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 17th March I had taken Auto from Mulund check naka (LBS Marg) for airport at 4.15am. After reaching chakala, driver told me there is some problem with clutch wire and you need to look for another auto. When I checked the meter it was 280.. (never seen such tempering in the past)

This accounted me to pay Rs 400 (half return charge), after having long argument.
