I have booked for replacement of battery on 13.06.2009 on tollfree no 9223600600, it was assured that it will be delivered in 3 working days .but till date it is not delivered i.e.13 days are over . i called the no 4 times but nothing happened. i callled local co. representatives, given vague answers, later on they even didn't pick up the phone.

It was a horrible experience from company like Hindustan lever.in these 13 days, i have to bring mineral water from market cost almost double of battery cost.who will be responsible for this .this type of customer service is not expected . do the needful in the compeitative consumer market.
