No replacement of battery even after 11 days of booking

I booked for the replacement of the pure it battery and a stand, on the 18th and till now I have not received my battery. Each time when I call the customer Executive assures me that it will arrive in two days. Now it is almost 11 days and I have only wasted my time and money on phone calls. With in this period two of the field workers promised me that they will be delivering the product and asked me to wait at home. I waited for more than two days just for them in vain. Until today I have not got the battery. In fact this is the second time it happens. When i did my first replacement of battery last year, it took 7 working days for them to replace it! I am really regretting that I bought this product which has such a poor customer service. My customer id is 1925625992 SAJJI
