Eplacement of Battery Kit

This is kapil, from pune, customer of HLL's pure-it water purifier. I have ordered for immediate replacement of Battery Kit, since it indiates the same. My customer-id is 1927086467

On 03 june I placed my request for a new battery.(case no. c91177039) But as on date I have not received anything from them. Yesterday, I approached them again the answer was “Sir, it will take 3 working days. I dont know how thes people are doing business.

I am damn sure, there are so many people who are facing same problem with Hindustan Uniliver.

Hhindustan Unilever pureit is providing Worst After Sales Service, actually no after sales service

I suggest you don't go for Hindustan unilever pureit
