Not delivering Micro Fiber Mesh

I have purchased Water Filter in the month of Jan' 08. Afer 4 months I requested for new battery. I have called Customer care for 25 times, then they responded and battery was replaced. After 1 week, I made a request for microfiber Mesh, approx. 35 calls i made so far but till now it has not been done. I request kindly everyone please dont buy this product. The product is very good but the service is very very poor.
