Pure it - replacement of battery / catridge

We purchased pure it from Hindustan Uniliver with customer id 1925697367 after going through their advertisement Blizecrig. The service of these people is very very poor and inspite of several calls they ignore to attend to the customer for replacement of the battery / catridge. They are too much interested in marketing their product for the first time for ~1800 rupees or so. Can any one in their heirarchy responsible for service take this matter seriously and instruct their sercice staff to attend to it immediately. My phone number is 040-27500974.
