Change of battery

My name is Tejveer Singh & my consumer ID 1925938398. I have purchased Hindustan Uniliver Purit on 27/05 and last time replaced germ kill battery on 27/06 but within one month our germ kill battery has become red. It is a manufacturing defect so it is your responsibility & duty to replace the battery free of cost. I have ring so many times to customer care centre and got the answer that we will send the representative within 24 hours or within 48 hrs. till date my complaint is pending in the same position. so replace the battery as early as possible.
