Bad service after Purchased

This Company and its dealers are so irresponsible that once you purchase a purifier you feel that you have purchased a truble in shape of this as I am suffering very much after purchasing a water purifier. I purchased a purifier in March. I called to dealer many times and parsonally met him to change the battery/ kit and also complained in call center but there is no response so far.
