Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that from past 1year I have not received my Provident fund amount which must be given to me and if I reached the Ma foi Mysore they are telling that we don't have your details and they are diverting to Bangalore mafoi to cl them so my PF NO is 57746 Name: Naveen M and My couligue PF no is 83211and his name is Purushotham V so pls chk and do the needful as soon as possible.
