Defective product not replaced

Hi,

We purchased a shower from Hindware, which started splashing water all over the bathroom within the first week of purchase. The company plumber (after repeated complaining) came over to inspect and certified that the product is defective and the company has to replace it. After this, I have raised the issue with the manager (Srinivas, 9008988428) innmumberable times, it has been 2 months now and there is still no action from him or the company. Since this wasn't working, we issued a complaint by calling on phone number 6060667777 (provided in a Hindware advertisement), they even gave us a complaint number 12025017 but have done nothing about it till date. This behaviour is higly disgraceful for a company of this stature.
