Terrible service

They have the worst customer service ever. Unhelpful, unfriendly

If you phone them up, they ask you come on chat, if you go on chat, they ask you to email them, if you email them, they give 3 responses, all different, and none solving a domain transfer request to their hosting service.

Before you buy, just try and call them for support at different times of the day and night - often unanswered or out of reach! And once you have paid, you can never get a refund.
