Hiranandani Hospital
No co-operation of State Bank Of India Staff at Kalyan West branch

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am One of the oldest account holder of SBI (Kalyan West branch). My Grandfather was also a A/C holder of the same bank. But, since some years I am observing that the staff (including all specially Cashiers & home Loan Staffs) of this branch is not supporting the customers. Their behaviour is also not good. Concerned persons for related jobs are always tells that their is more work load but we found that they are sitting relaxed. Please take some action for this type of staffs. I think they don't understand that they are getting their salary because of the "CUSTOMER''. They think we must have to beg them for loans. The bank Manager is also same.

Please do something for us.
