Non Delivery of gas cylinder after booking-reg

Sir,

Myself is consumer of H.P. Gas through Panwar Gas Services, Shop No. 6, Sector 14, Rajnagar Ghaziabad (u. P) 201001 (distributor code 632510). My gas consumer Connection no. is 616899.

In this regard, I would like to bring in ur kind notice that i booked gas on 09.01.2008. but I did not received gas cylinder till date even after passing 14 days. Yesterday, I talk telephonically to the representatives of the aforesaid gas agency and requested to deviver gas cylinder as sooon as posible as i have no d.b.c. connection and my gas cylinder has been consumed at all due to which i have to face much problems. But I m sorry to say that in spite of my request as well as passing 14 days there response in this matter was not only strange but very rude too. They replied that gas cylinder will deliver to u even after 6 days.

Sir, this type of behavior can not be expected from such a reputed gas agency's distributor. Here, I would like to narrate u that I m not facing such type of problems first time. I have the same experience with this distributor since long. It looks as they always create artificial scarcity to tease the consumer.

You are therefore requested to do needful in this matter so that I have neither to suffer nor to face the rough behaviour of the representative of aforesaid gas distributor. I having not only hope but fully assured that u will definitely sort out my problems forever and I need not to knock the door of anyone else on this matter.
