Hitachi 1.5 ton split air conditioner
Compressor not working

I purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton split a/c and within 10 days it stopped working and a service engineer of your company got the compressor changed after 15 days of begging him. but the a/c didnt work at all so engineer said that there is some voltage problem so i called an electrician and he checked the line thoroughly but didnt find any fault with line ans well as stablizer, infact i have been using general a/c on same point for over10 years but never faced such problem. now i am calling the engineer everyday but all in vain there is no response and the a/c is not in use for over one month now. someetimes i feel that i have waisted a huge amont to buy just a plastic showpiece for my room.

it is therefore requested you to kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
