Dear Sirs,

This refers to our purchase of Window aircondition from your authorised seller Kapila electronis P Ltd on dated 25 june.the same was installed and lately from the last one week we have encountered the following problem

Aluminium foil to wrap up the coolent coil has started desaping metling or is giving up way and the entire coolent air coils likely to be exposed, or it could also be leaking which is slowly eroding the Aluminium foil..

The complaint was lodged at your distributor at Kapila Electronics on 25 Aug and your engineer/technician Mr Ranjit Singh of Sheetal Aircon with one of his assistant came on 26 Aug at 5 PM, has inspected the airconditioned said the matter to be reported to the company for repalcement of this Air condition which has shown manufacturing defect within 60 days of its operation.

I therefore, hold your organisation in esteem for your coustomer standards and spent to purchase the costlier brand due to its good will request you to please get this unit replaced by the new one earliest possible so that further detriotation of the machine does not take place and your word of five year guarnatee must hold true

Good Morning...

As the machine installed at your place by Hitachi authorized service center & trained team. If any this type of coil problem was fade-out issue must be raise from your side at that time of installation.

Sir pls try to understand the fact that more than 600 WAC AC sold within 5 month at your west Delhi Area. Not a single complaint we received related to this issue.

As all the unit are manufacturing in same factory with same production line. It means all the unit having the same problem, which is not. Again their is no any fault related to manufacturing.

For your satisfaction If you want we welcome you to visit another customer place who purchased same AC model in same month (month of June) from same dealer (Kapila Ele )& installed by same service center (Sheetal Aircon).
