Instilation person has not come

I have purchased hitachi ac on 25th may and till 5 pm on 27th may no hitachi person has come to my home for installation despite i have remind them telephonically.my complant no to hitachi service centere is 120525027 and there phone no is 0141-5115701, my cell no is 09414461469.

please get it done.
