No feedback on ac service since past 7 days

I had given my ac for repair which is under warranty, and was committed 2 days time for repair, it has been 7 days and i have no clue what has happened to my ac, i keep calling those guys on their no. 0522-4040100, most of the time they don't pick up the phone and if at all picked they keep moving me on the IVR and say they have no clue.
