Home town is not taking the responsibility of the fault

I purchaged 2TON Hitachi ATOM square AC from Home Town some 4 months back . when Hitachi guys came for the installation they didn't followed the installation manual and they started faulty installation . when I talked to there senior consulatant then they came to know hwo to install that AC . Now I want my money back from Home Town while they r saying you have to purchase another product of the same amount. My AC cost 50500 INR. Its my money why should I purchase any thing from such shop who has such attitude towards the customer. why I should I suffer for the mistake done by Hitachi or Home Town. They should settel this matter. I want my money back
