I think i made the biggest mistake of my life when i choose hitachi refrigerator over videocon, samsung and other big players.

my life has been a nightmare since 20-04 when a purchased a HITACHI REF.RZ300AND7K (2DR).

initially i had problem and so my ref.was replaced but again i am facing the same problem but the service center is not acknowledge

From the last 20 odd days i am calling them 2 a day but still no one is bother to take a look

hitachi is losing its goodwill and brand trust in lucknow (india)

as the franchise service centres are not giving services

A satisfied customer tell 100 more customers but a unsatisfied one tells 1000 costomers

i hope you will acknowledge my complaint
