Complaints about hitachi deale

Hi,

This is Nidhi Kumari from Pune (Maharastra), India. I have Hitachi 120GB hard disk which is in waranty period. Now i m facing lots of problem in this so i wanted to replace it. I called customer care many time but they did not pick up the call. Somehow after 1.5 months i manage to get the number of dealer in Pune. When i called them they said we don't care about your problem and even they did not attend me and said do what ever you want to do. So why we buy any product from Hitachi if i did not get service.

Please take necessary action so that company (Hitachi) did not lose their trust otherwise no one will trust on you.
