Non-Functioning of Hitachi Split AC just after five days of its purchase

I bought a Hitachi Ace Cutout 1.5 Ton 5 Star rated Split AC. I was told by the dealer that its the best, but now I feel that its the worst product that I have ever bought. Just after five days of working, the AC went out of order. When I contacted the customer care, they said they will do it within 48 hrs but it was all wrong. They took 10 days in bringing my AC back to function. I am having 12 ACs at my home of National And LG & all of them are working very well though they are 9 years old. I had never expected such a bad response from Hitachi. So before buying Hitachi, must see other better options.
