Wall damaged: Right to compenstaion

This is Kushal Poddar from Kolkata. I purchased a split AC as on 16th of May. On 31st of march I made a first complaint regarding the waterfall problem to the Kolkata service center (033-23442185 & 9830629513) and now 10 days ago the problem has been solved. The problem was persisting since 6 months. I made inumerable calls on these two numbers and the technicians came many times and the problem remained unsolved within this period and in this intervening period my wall has been damaged and as a consumer, I have a right to receive compensation to the extent of loss damaged to my property. I approached Kolkata Head Office and they refused to hear my claim. the treatment that i got is totally unjust and unfair. my time, money and energy has been wasted in these last 6 months for the waterfall problem. and so i am not demanding any refund for that. my only request is to bear the extent of loss caused to my property.. and Mr. Rahaman (9830629513) knows about my property getting damaged from the beginning. Why the technicians came many times and the still the problem remain unsolved? why did not Mr. Rahaman come and personally attend my home? I have decided not to recommend anyone to take any item of this brand... i bought this AC because of this brand and now i am really frustrated and humiliated by the treatment of your employees at Kolkata Branch. please look into the matter immediately.this matter needs urgent attention. and this is my final ray of hope... as an evidence i have enclosed the 2 photographs of wall getting damaged and in the photographs there is no AC as on the day of photograph the AC was getting repaired and fitted.
