Wrong instalation

I have purchase one split 1 ton Hitachi Aircondition model Logicool from their distributor Universal Sales .they done such instalation that there is water leaking from the wall there person visited us and told instalation is wrong have to done again. We told what ever you have done you have to done it again. After that several complain has been done there is no response from the company itself (telephone no. 22653383/18002008585) and universal sales

You are requested to please look into the matter and ask the company to rectified the instalation
