We have made a Preventive Service Contract for our Hitachi Air Condition with 'Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd. The contact period is between 22.09.11 to 22.09.12.
But even after multiple reminders for maintenance work, service personnel's are not turning up and even they are not properly responding to our calls.
Amount paid for each contract is 1324/-.
