Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Harpreet singh, resident of Haridwar. I bought a Hitachi 1.5 ton
AC for my daugther name "MEETU" on 3132005 after 2 or 3 months AC
start probleming in grauntee period it stops cooling. I complaint to
our local dealer (BHEL Electronics) many times, he send his own machanic (who not have any technical knowledge) & noone came from company till the date. He fill the gas in AC without locating fault Result:- It stop cooling again after few days. I am complaining him again and again for cooling, noone came to check the problem and he says gas has no guarnttee... so... plz tell me u have guarentee of Manufuturing unit or not...??? Bcos itz only fault in Manufucturing Unit...(i have Few Video Clips to proof This)
after that his new Local machenic found leakage in braze joint here i
attach some video of this. but still no person attend same problem
aft that we call to Mr Vishal Gupta (in Hithachi Gaziabad.).. still no
action taken by them too.
result my AC is like a show piece... bcos of manufacturing fault.
AFTER THIS COMPLAINT I rec a call frm Mr Maninder Singh GAZIABAD (FRM HITACHI CONTACT NO- 9310486885 ON 3RD AUG) THEY SEND THERE OWN MACHANIC. AFTER CHECK HE FIND A LEAKAGE FAULT (WHICH IS FRM STARTING) IN IT & HE DEMANDs Rs 1800 & HE SAID FIRSTLY YOU PAY THIS THAN I WILL REMOVE FAULT & FILL GAS IN EQUIPMENT.
AS PER MY / MY DAUGHTER TELE CONV WITH Mr Maninder I ALREADY REQUEST HIM BEFORE HE SEND A HITACHI MACHENIC . THAT FIRSTLY YOU MUST GIVE US A MINIMUM SIX MONTH SERVICE AS FRM STARTING I NOT GET FRM HITACHI AS WELL AS HITACHI LOCAL DEALER WHEN IT WAS IN GARNTTEE ITZ ALSO NOT WORKING
TILL NO ACTION TAKE...
