Hitachi Quadricool 2 ton AC
Silent AC makes noise complaint not resolved

I have been complaining about the new 2 ton Quadricool hitachi AC purchased after reading the features as Silent AC. On checking the service engineer says it is the sound of air flow which is more than even a roomcooler. The temperature on a 30 mins test shows 28 to 29 degrees. The company replaced with a new machine which turned out to be noisier, accepted and tested by the installing personnels. It was implicated that I as a customer influenced the installers to write the sound problem complaint. This complaint has still not been addressed to since 29th january'09. Repeated mails do not illicit response. Aren't these delaying tactics of the reputed company.

Today despite consumer forums a lot many are being harassed by the companies themselves.
