Hitachi washing machine
Washing machine not working for more than 2 months now

I own a hitachi washing machine which is under warranty period. After numerous complaints one of their engineers visited us only to be told that a part needs to be replaced which is not available with them. Everyday I call them just to be told that the part is still unavailable. Its been more than a month that I am being told the same thing. I have also compalined at their website but there has been no response at all. Approaching the consumer forum is the last thing I can do, hopefully you can either get my washing machine repaired or get my money back so that I can buy from a more reliable company.
