Dear Sir,

This has reference to your letter number RC/TN/CASH/21/VDR dated 29th July 08 and in continuation to the confirmation letter sent to PF dept by my principal employer M/s. Hitech Manpower Consultants Pvt. Ltd. on changes in my name initial on 6th September.

Please be informed that in all my records received from my principal employer and from PF department my name is spelled as “SARASWATHI M K”. But the PF settlement cheques (No. 95400 dated 26th June’08 of Rs. 52763 - VDR No. 4456 and No. 583722 dated 26th June’08 of Rs. 20480 - VDR No. 4457), was sent to my HDFC bank in the name of “ SARASWATHI M L” and the same was returned back to PF department by HDFC bank giving the reason as “ Name and Account Number differs”.

And also to confirm you that I have been following up with the case worker at your good office by phone from past few days, But till date I haven’t got any positive response. Hence need your kind intervention for my PF settlement at the earliest as possible.

Bank account –1st page passbook copy and Cancelled cheque to verify the bank account.
