Non receipt of sharecertificate of reg .folio no- 0025610

Earlier i have 200 share certificate of HITECH PLAST CONTAINER (INDIA) LIMITED TR FOL.No-14553 and 15371 folio no-25610 but now company became HITECH PLAST LIMITED .Matter is that i was earlier posted at GIRIDIH but now shifted to PATNA . The original share of HI TECH PLAST LIMITED i haven't got, due to my old address .i request to send my duplicate share, he did not send my duplicate share certificate of this. So, please help me for sending my duplicate share .my new addresses mention as PRAKASH KUMAR SINHA FLAT NO 201 MOTI MENSION APPARTMENT Po. LOHIA NAGAR KANKARBAGH PATNA 800020
